Welcome to the Structural Bioinformatics Group

Our group is focused in the use and development of molecular evolutionary models to understand structure-function-dynamics of proteins. We are also very interested in using this information to develop bioinformatics tools. Our main interests are: Development of tools for structural model quality assessment. Study of the role of conformational diversity in protein evolution. Use of structurally constrained models of evolution to improve protein-protein docking tools. Study of the sequence-structure relationships in allergenic proteins.
